Pros

Free parking Paid on time

Cons

This company keeps pushing staff targets to the point either leave or end up with mental health problems. Management is utterly careless of its duty to ensure staff well being. As an example, im told, they have just reduced AHT 370, which means if call is above 6 mins the agent is now personally penalised, bear in mind 80% customers are extremely elder and need more time in the phone to understand. This organisation has gone much worse since brookfield takeover and they only interested in £ not the staff well being of the frontline team managers. There are many people working there who genuinely development mental health issues because of the poor treatment by management or the ridiculous targets. You are treated like a kid by this organisation and constant use of threat of sacking to get things done. Just look at Post Office and learn, I fear the day is not far the senior staff could find themselves being accused of gross negligence for poor working conditions that resulted in people getting mentally or physically ill due to extreme work pressure in retention role.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
