Pros
I have never worked for an employer who focuses so much on their people. I started working here in 2010 and instantly it. There is always something fun going on that you can get involved with aswell as focus on what needs to be done. HomeServe have had a difficult couple of years and we have all been on a journey. This journey has made me even more proud to work for HomeServe. I get to work with amazing people everyday and I enjoy the way the company works.
Cons
There are definitely interdepartmental communication issues and this is slowly but surely being improved. There is also still a bit of them and us between different departments and also teams but again I feel that this is slowly decreasing.
