You’re right and changes are happening. The needs of employees are essential and it’s really important that we get this right.
We’ve recently been working with Frontline employees, based on feedback, to create shift patterns focused around them. I’m sorry to read that we didn’t get this right for you.
I would also hate to think that feedback was provided in the way you’ve described. It’s important we’re getting it right for our Customers and so constructive, values-based feedback is something that we’ve implemented across the business. I’ll be addressing this with the senior leadership team directly.
