Pros

I can say the only pro is they hired me but after the training,I decided not to work for them.

Cons

I went for the training the guy leading it had to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. You can have water on the sale floor really... I have never been denied water If you talk about your wages they will fire you which is against the law for them to do As a part time work you can work any work from 3 to 22 hours a week They won't work around hours so you can get a second job They give me a paper about how to apply for foods stamps if I'M WORKING I should need foods stamps if you pay me well and give me normal hours. Just as a company I'm very disappoint in them.Walmart treats there workers with more respect

Pros

it is a job if you desperately need one

Cons

management does not keep promises (e.g. I was promised $2 higher pay upon accepting the position and later was told it wasn't feasible anymore once starting. I was also promised a specific day off then last minute had it revoked because they decided to make it a mandatory day). management does not listen to or care about its employees, very unprofessional. store managers don't want to do anything to help, they just sit in the office. management let other employees slack off and do nothing and expected others to compensate for their lack of effort general manager was horribly rude and misogynistic. he threw a box at someone while visiting.
