I've worked at Home24 3 years ago and it was the worst work experience I ever had in my life. Not sure if it's the same today but, at my time, there was a lot of micro-management (your boss sitting behind you while your at your desk to watch you work just because it's fun?), misogyny (that was already raised with HR), very inappropriate jokes, and overall a very poor structure to support employees. You're just a number supposed to produce as much as you can but they never take into consideration the poor material you're supposed to work with. All of their system is really old and really slow but then it's somehow your fault if you can't reach their department goals. The team atmosphere was very divided and it felt like being back in highschool. The customer service is also very poor with very few processes in place to actually help the customers. While I was there for only a few months, I was so stressed out by the environment that I started to become physically sick. I ran away as soon as I could and honestly so glad that I did! Stay as far away as you can from them (above all if you're in the international team!).
