Pros
Most of the people are young and friendly, with great happy hours, nice parties end of the year, all the cool benefits that berlin startups offer (free beer, fruits, club matte). They offer a budget for external training. Some interesting benefits like internal training, meeting experts, flexible working hours.
Cons
Typical startup atmosphere: Lack of processes, no career path, salary below from the market, many people in the leadership role without enough experience or expertise in the field. They promise a lot during the recruiting phase and after you get in, you are "stuck". In the last 2 years in the company, I have seen only higher roles getting a promotion (all directors became vice presidents, vice presidents to the chief, an interesting fact: the majority are men and german). If you are ambitious and want to grow fast don't consider work here.
