      In beperkte mate wel wat vrijheid

      Cons

      Veel onderweg van client naar client waar weinig tijd voor is en slechte vergoeding. Er wordt heel veel van de caregiver gevraagd voor een karige beloning. Hoog ziekteverzuim bij caregivers door slechte werkomstandigheden en bij herstel caregiver wordt te snel weer te veel gevraagd.

      Pros

      Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
