Pros
Home (both leadership, talent lead and employees) gave me the best on-boarding I've had in a project to date (a lot more professional than the stage/maturity of the company would suggest). I particularly appreciate the level of intention that is put in building the company (culture) based on proven management principles, e.g. how people are held accountable in a meaningful way, and how feedback works.
For me - in the product space - Home is a great place to apply myself at various levels, being able to own the transition from a ops-first to a product-first company.
Cons
You need to know that you're getting into a (fairly) early stage environment that requires people to roll up their sleeves, take ownership and create - some love this stage (and will jump at the opportunity), for others this can be overwhelming (and it won't be for you if you're looking for an uninvolved 9-5 gig).
