I wish there was more positive things to say, but in my time here I have seen the worst. I respected the company before I worked behind the scenes. Everyday I feel my moral values being tested. The processes are so outdated as well as the systems that it is almost impossible to do the basic functions of your job. Without going into too much detail, here is a list of everything wrong. * There are no streamlined processes that are shared with the team to help them succeed. * Customer service is extremely lacking and it seems the company is more focused on the money than their clients. * The tools are extremely outdated. * There is absolutely no communication between departments. * There is no urgency or prioritization on many things. * You will hear the word sell many times. * There is no accountability. * Ideas for change go in one ear and out the other unless there are numbers behind it. This company acts more like a startup even though it has been around for a long time. It feels like the bare basics have not been established.
