Cons
HTB as an organisation exists to fulfill to the vision of its senior clergy leadership. This leads to significant internal dysfunction because the priority is asking "how high?" when senior clergy leadership says jump; as opposed to normal organisational checks and balances. Clergy are put in charge of departments, often with less experience in those areas than department members, and sometimes with a lack of significant real world management experience. Presumably the clergy are there to provide 'spiritual oversight' but in reality this amounts to simply ensuring the senior clergy leadership's vision (good or bad, realistic or unrealistic) is carried out.
