      Pros

      The product idea is actually nice and appealing

      Cons

      A lot of people in the management show unhealthy social tendencies. People, especially women, in the company tend to be treated very poorly. As I have worked there myself, I witnessed a few women laid off after a minor disagreement with the management or their supervisors, basically convinced they are "not a fit for a startup culture" or other false pretences. One was sexually harassed by her immediate supervisor.

      Pros

      Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Previously good opportunities to advance within the company, although that seems to be changing a bit. They care about more than just making money, employees are humans, and values are real.

      Cons

      Employees are forced back to the office. Nowadays too much middle management and too complicated procedures. Team spirit is not that good anymore, everyone mostly working for themselves, not very social.
