The salary is not competitive with other publishing houses.

The company still is one of the world's largest publishers, that had a number of great creative minds attached to it. The feel is of a local office, instead of a global.

The state of affairs was volatile. Departments are continually being restructured, due to repeated buyouts and rebrandings. Loyalty to employees is non-existent. Human resources knows very little about the company's actual day to day operations.
