      Pros

      Great products. Benefits are good, Salary is above average, pension contributions, annual leave allowance

      Cons

      No career progression or training offered unless you have at some point in your career worked for the current CEO. Communication from Management is horrendous, poor strategies and poor decision making on the part of Senior Management.
