The company keeps getting worse and not getting better. The management in place doesn’t seem to have a handle on what is going on. Most don’t understand the aesthetic industry or know what’s happening on the ground level. Capital sales team is leaving due to unobtainable goals and people continue to get pay decreases with impossible goals. Culture has been completely broken and foundation is breaking. HR doesn’t have anyone’s back. A lot of playing favorites as well. No empathy for anyone who had pay decreases with the expectation to keep a smile on their face and not worry about bills. However, the company is slipping and not making numbers, making it look bad to Wall Street right now. Midwest territory has completely fallen apart. High complaint rate of misinformation about salary and job expectations given during interviews. Many new hires on the way out already. Leadership scrambling to adjust pay structure again after mass exodus and losing top talent.
