C-suite maintain big egos that need to be fed constantly. Employee Engagement rating is gamed based on the narrow line of questions asked. Burdensome Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation agreement which are forced upon employees.
Potential for class action litigation will increase as transaction completed shreds the cost structure through layoffs.
