Pros

easy job that is it

Cons

you can be the best worker they have or have all the skills you are not getting pay for them or get promoted the only people to get a promotions are the operation manager friends or these with the same tendencies as him this people don't have any skills but what do you expect the operation manager don't have any warehouse skill either but what make it worst is the general manager knows about what is going on but he rather look the other way

It is critical our management staff possess a vast array of skills, including; effective communication, leadership, and doing the right thing for both the Company and our employees,.....to name just a few. An effective manager provides the right tools and support allowing their team to be as efficient as possible. Having and sharing different skill-sets makes a great employee and a great team. Pros

- Pay rate but not for what you have to go through - Recruiter & HRBP are supportive and understanding but their hands are also tied by CEO - You get paid to not do your People Support job in Richmond, IN because the General Manager has everyone else doing it instead.

Cons

- They won't allow you to be HR. - When you file a grievance be prepared for retaliation. - The job description is not accurate - They talk about wanting to bring in diversity while Tim (General Manager) fights you on hiring - Tim will constantly contact his boss when you do what he wants and blame you for the changes - Regina will turn in reports on you and twist what you tell them while acting like she is your support
