Pros

Currently great benefits, but warned during open enrollment in 2025 that 2027's insurance costs will be raised. Nice, classy location.

Cons

Constant failures at certain manufacturing plants with little consequences taken. All project backlog being blasted through in one year, leading to clear evidence that management is trying to free-up talent at the same time in 2027. Meaningless work that will not make an impact to people who use our products and services.

FINALLY the recent removal of extremely toxic individual in a US leadership role is a good sign, but may be too late to turn around a once great company. Why did it take so long? Reputation down the drain due to the actions of a few key leadership employees
