100% pd benefits, OT if you want it. At the time of my employment it was easy and could work as much or as little as I wanted.
Cons
Mandatory OT, union, coworkers can and will determine if you have to work OT. Management is a turnstyle that is forever revolving. Contract union negotiations are soft.
