Pros

If you are a "favorite" or a man, you can make over 100k. Remote work. Good benefits.

Cons

They play favorites with the lead campaigns. You can see that from other reviews as well, even from other call center locations. They recently lowered the hourly base pay rate , took away the daily bonuses and raised the commission/revenue tiers to make them harder to hit. They make you sell at least 12 packages before they start paying commission and also in order to KEEP your job you have to hit a minimum sales per hour which happens to also be 12 sales, which basically means you are paying to work there for $17 an hour. If you are a remote agent, they do NOT compensate you for your internet/electricity/housing necessary to perform your job. You are required to download apps onto your personal cellphone, which they do not compensate you for. So all the way round they are paying everyone less money while keeping more for themselves. They hired everyone on being told they only had to work 30 hour weeks but then they berate and guilt you into working additional hours . They talk about "strength in families" but impede on your actual family time. Then they changed the schedule to 32.5 hours, then they "temporarily" mandated 40 hours per week to people who were hired on with the promise of only having to work 30 hour work weeks. They give out Rolex watches, diamond rings, and vacations as "awards" for selling lots of packages but put it as taxable income so it looks like you earned way more than you did when it comes time to get your paycheck with those taxes taken out and when you file your taxes each year. And they even chamge the rules about who gets those awards if too many people are going to qualify. Oh and you have to sign a non arbitration agreement so you can't sue them for any of this. But there are rumors going around about someone filing EEOC complaints so maybe that will address the issues.

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
