Pros

The training was decent. However, what is taught in training is not successful on the phones. You are taught by the seasoned vets to change everything in order to be successful.

Cons

Mangement are a bunch of selfish liars. Don’t believe anything management or the recruiters tell you. They are all liars.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your employment experience with us. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied during your time here, and we want you to know we've passed your concerns along to our leadership team so they can fully review and address your concerns. The training curriculum is purposely structured to lay a firm foundation from which to build upon. New Hire training develops a baseline so new hires can be coached and evaluated effectively. As they become seasoned veterans, experienced agents learn how to persuade using different techniques and approaches still following the Trust, Need, Help, Hurry sales model. Veterans often have good intentions by trying to help new hires expedite their learning curve and in doing so may cause confusion which may have happened here. Thank you for providing your feedback and helping us making HCV a better place to work. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

You get exposure to different sales styles, personalities, and ways of handling guests. Some coworkers and leaders were genuinely supportive and wanted to see people improve. It can be a good place to build and learn how to think on your feet. The earning potential is there for the right person and the team environment itself can be fun and energetic at times.

Cons

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance. Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
