      Good salaries and travel expense policy at LafargeHolcim

      Cons

      Poor atmosphere due to opposite company cultures and difficult merger. No collaboration between Business Units. Extremely difficult environment in cement industry. New CEO cutting costs everywhere. No other cement companies in Switzerland.
