Ive been here for over a month now and I love the culture and hustle. Everyone is very friendly and motivate you to work harder. The pay is pretty good and the training was phenomenal.

Pay to park. Do not get paid what you are owed. Company starts a new training class when they are supposed to pay you commission because they know agents will leave. Every agent gets paid the same 400-500 per week. If you write 40 deals a month or 4 expect to get paid for 4. They owe me close to 2000 dollars in commissions and bonus money based on the comp plan. I will never see that money. They are liars and take advantage of people. I was the most profitable agent in the company and was robbed on my commission check. I do not work for a small salary I work for commissions and this company does not pay them because they are greedy liars I never went back to work after the head of the company made fun of one of my colleagues for being bald and saying that the money we didn't get for commissions went to pay for his partners swimming pool. That was enough for me I never went back. Liars and thieves
