Pros
Good if you want to be a part of one of the best/most successful groups in Chicago and are willing to give up a lot to do so. Lots of development and training if desired, strong corporate support. Great spaces, successful financially, and beautiful ambiances.
Cons
High demands - long hours, high pressure, very busy spaces, and intense directors. They will ask a lot of you and have high standards, and many burn out because of it. If you are willing to put in the time and sacrifice, it may pay off down the road. If you are looking for work-life balance, this may not be for you.
