      felxible work hours, good if you have a second job

      Cons

      Never enough shifts, employ new people instead of giving current staff a livable amount of hours, poor pay compared to most hospo jobs, keep staff on 6 months probation to justify the low wages to backpackers.

      Fun and relaxed place to work, management is very cool, staff and regular customers are very friendly.

      Cons

      Need more hours, there are not enough shifts to go around and they don't like working anyone full time.
