Toxic Environment - Forklift Operator Hodge Employee Review

This location is ran by 2 brothers that care about no one but themselves. They never come out to warehouse floor unless they are after someone for trouble. They treat employees as if they have no value. They don't pass down vital information to employees as they should, such as layoff dates which they knew about weeks prior, but didn't notify employees who were involved until the day of layoff. They keep lots of drama going. The operations manager and general supervisors are brothers and they target people and report false accusations against innocent people to corporate, this is unfair and corporate believes them because there's always a 2 against 1 story. I've witnessed veterans being targeted, tortured, and fired. I've also witnessed veterans leave the job due to the way that the brothers treat people. The brothers do whatever they want on company time, and violate may company policies including transferring firearms between vehicles, I've also heard stories of the general supervisor making sales involving firearms on the property. Two great supervisors that knew this company and warehouse are no longer employed here, one fired due to false accusations conspired by the brothers and the other left before false accusations led to their termination.
