There is a culture of rumors and gossip, like any higher ed institution.

Decent time off. That’s really it.

Could talk for days here. Incompetent leadership that’s confused and spineless. No designated goal or mission. Thankless. President is never at work and never felt valued. People around the president need evaluated. Instead of writing someone up and taking to HR, how about get the full picture. I traveled a lot for my role and “wasn’t meeting the numbers goal” what numbers goal? Out of touch and miserable leadership. Micromanagement and don’t know what they are doing.If you don’t have a masters degree you are a potato.
