Don't - Framing Department Manager Hobby Lobby Employee Review

Everything else. Company is horribly run. No bar code scanner means everything is rung up by hand. Price checks are terribly inefficient. Management sits around, gives no guidance, then is upset about anything that's been done. No set schedule, close one night and go in at 7 the next morning. Dead weight employees never spoken to, and good employees have to do double the work then get chewed out by management because it took too long for us to do 2 people's jobs. I wouldn't even bother working here.
