      Free coffee, water, ice Lots of hours You will be hired

      If you're a hard worker/new you'll be doing more work than anyone else High high high turnover rate Will wait until the end of the day to tell you that everyone is working 10+ hours $21 an hour for how they treat you will NOT be enough Literally life draining work

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
