      There is structure and support in the training process. Hours and pay are generally better than other similar roles at other stores.

      Retail work comes with its own set of challenges--maybe that's for you, maybe it's not. But no cons unique to this employer

      Pros

      good pay. 6 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.
