      Pros

      Pretty much free to do whatever, as long as you get the job done on time.

      Cons

      Give checks late to employee. Even with direct deposit, sometime the money wouldn’t come in till the next pay date.

      Small company, very integrated team (sit down meetings with entire exec team weekly) and huge focus on product. Also in the LACI, meaning huge potential help/connections with other startups

      Cons

      Office space was at a minimum
