      Woking on software for the train industry is complex, challenging and rewarding. The tech is a bit dated, but the level of engineering and problems to be solved are fulfilling.

      Cons

      Sr leadership is traditional, not winning any employee engagement awards here.

      Pay is terrible compared to industry standards, no bonus/stock option, and upper management has been micro-managing the department for over a year as of 2025.
