Pros

Good environment within team who were friendly. Decent out of work opportunities (events etc). Great CEO who was approachable and is keen to keep everyone informed of the major tasks of the company.

Cons

Unwilling to try and keep staff, very poor increases in work load or pay with promotions (I received less than a 4% pay rise for a major promotion)!! Understaffed, everything is important and last minute, unable to take pre-emtive measures to improve the company. Mainly fire fighting problems which became a drain.

Pros

Plenty of projects to keep you busy and interested.

Cons

The Pittsburgh office ran really well with Remote work, now they're becoming Big Brother.

Pros

Nice location near downtown and Southside. Half the building has a view of the river. Benefits are competitive (medical, dental, vision). Free garage parking across the street.

Cons

The employee perks have continuously declined over time. They used to have a nice catered Christmas party that disappeared during the pandemic and never returned. They used to have a common sense policy for meals while traveling, but that was just replaced with limits for each meal that are inadequate if you are traveling to a major city. They are also starting to track how many days each person comes to the office and seem to value that more than the results produced by each person. The company also does not reward people for going above and beyond, such as working significant overtime, working night shift at site, etc.
