Terrible Working Culture - Anonymous employee Hitachi Employee Review

I had a really hard time with the working culture at Hitachi. There is a huge difference between how Japanese and non-Japanese are treated, and then again how men and women are treated. My Japanese expats tend to be quite unpleasant and look down on local colleagues.
