      Pros

      A big brand name if you want to make a career in Power Electronics. HR is friendly. R&D and Engineering department are worth getting into.

      Cons

      Salary offered is quite less and the salary raises are also at less frequent intervals. Production and CSD departements are not worthy of getting into.
