Pros

HippocraticAI is one of the most exciting places I’ve worked in my career. The technology is genuinely differentiated, and you feel it every time you’re in front of a customer. There’s a level of trust we’ve built with health systems that’s rare in this industry, and it’s translating into incredibly fast adoption and real momentum. The company moves fast, listens to customers, and executes in a way that feels almost unheard of in healthcare. If you want to be part of something category-defining, this is the place.

Cons

With hyper-growth comes a lot of responsibility. Everyone is wearing multiple hats, which can be energizing but also stressful. Because we’re scaling so quickly, it can be difficult to build a culture beyond the “rise & grind” mentality - which is necessary at this stage, but not always sustainable. There’s also a real need for more hands, more resources, and more intentional investment in balance and support systems as the company continues to expand.

Pros

The company replaces the fragility of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism. That’s the message, anyway. In reality, the “collective” seems to disappear the moment business gets tough.

Cons

If you’re in sales, understand your comp plan before accepting the offer. You’re capped on individual deals and capped on your total earnings. There is a ceiling, and once you hit it, your incentive to keep producing evaporates. The commission structure is also presented in a way that can be misleading. Here, the definition is different for many industry terms. Make sure you understand what you’re actually being paid on instead of assuming industry-standard terminology applies.
