Leadership relies heavily on control and pressure-driven tactics, which ultimately leads to disengagement and low morale across the team. There is a clear lack of modern leadership practices, with management prioritizing authority over effective problem-solving and team development. Instead of fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment, the focus often shifts toward maintaining control, which limits both individual and organizational growth. Compensation is not competitive with industry standards, and the commission structure lacks transparency and consistency. In many cases, it feels unnecessarily complex, making it difficult for employees to clearly understand or maximize their earnings.
