- Fully remote by default, but with option to come to office when needed! - They have "People & Culture" team instead of typical "Human Resources", and are actively seeking ways to bring great culture to the company. - When it comes to support, they are all-in! The amount of empowerment they give you to 1) get your job done 2) understand what is going on 3) feel safe & secure is amazing. - 3 weeks (1 week in summer, 2 weeks at the end of the year) studio closure vacations. - unique events, knowledge sessions, online mingling opportunities - anti-crunch! - flexible hours (but with core-hour-ish), unlimited sick days. You can be very autonomous and manage your own time.
Cons
