      Pros

      The team is full of impressive, receptive, supportive people who work incredibly hard at their jobs while also fostering a creative, fun work atmosphere. People are genuinely excited to come into work every day and the excitement is infectious. I couldn't imagine having a better job.

      Cons

      I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about Hinge. I could not be happier with my job.

      Hard working IC's, super buzzy industry, cute office, overall good perks

      A dating app run by married men, messy middle management layer, responsible for creating the very "negative category sentiment" they often tout they'll fix
