      Pros

      You notice a ton of people have 5+ year tenures, with multiple 20+ in our area alone. Hines takes care of their employees from a $$ standpoint and ensures their expectations are being met. Good benefits and decent time off as well. Great parental leave.

      Cons

      Not a ton of work life balance, but you do knowingly sign up for that in property management
