      opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people and good corporate benefits such as $40 team member room rate

      Cons

      you get thrown to the wolves to deal with any and all agitated and aggressive guests who often times have valid complaints that you can't fix but have been begging your manager to fix only to find that your franchising company will never pay for it
