We're happy to see you enjoyed the culture, benefits and pay whilst you were with us. We've worked hard on our culture - and continually monitor pay and benefits to ensure we're competitive in the market and look after our employees. We are truly sorry to see that you felt there wasn't job security and experienced high pressure - however we would have to respectfully disagree with your comment that we're a perform or leave culture. We have a robust training scheme in place for all new starters (and current employees that wish to develop themselves further) and as such we invest heavily in each person we bring into the business. After the initial training period, we conduct regular one-to-one's with your management team to ensure we help address any concerns you have and provide further support if required by an employee. Due to the investment we make in new employees, if targets aren't being hit we ensure to implement a plan with you (which is agreed with you directly) that gives you the support you need, but we're sorry to see you feel this way.
