7yAt Hilti we value feedback from employees highly, so we’d like to take the time to thank you for writing a review. Whilst we’re disappointed to see that you aren’t currently happy within your role, please let us take this opportunity to address some of the comments you have made.
With regards to GEOS being fake – GEOS is conducted with an external supplier – who are a globally recognised company. We chose our supplier as they allowed us to create a survey that was totally anonymous and also provided us with tangible results we could work on to improve the work environment for all of our employees globally. We’re happy with the partnership we have with our supplier and as it is external, we cannot falsify these results in anyway. Therefore we’re proud that once again we are higher than industry average as voted for by our own employees.
With regards to development and promotions, as a current employee you will be well aware of our internal development process. Each employee has regular discussions with their manager where we talk about your development and what support you’d need to get to where you want to be. These discussions and performance reviews are then shared with our leadership team and therefore it is impossible for us to simply promote someone based on personal opinions, but in fact an evaluation of their performance to date.
We’d like to discuss your feedback further as we do not believe the environment you have described necessarily reflects the true working environment we’re proud to have achieved.
