As you will be aware we have a number targets that all team members are asked to achieve during their employment, this differs based on position. Performance is reviewed on an ongoing basis however we offer a strong support system should a team member not be meeting expectation. Hilti Manufacturing is going through a transformation process to move from a family run business to a large multinational organisation with new globally aligned policies and procedures and we do still have a few issues to work out – we believe these changes are crucial for the long-term success of the business.
