Pros

Aren’t any, all of the recent reviews are fake

Cons

This place has gone completely downhill. Leadership is made up of people with actual criminal backgrounds, and their mugshots are being shared around the company. It’s disturbing that the owners either don’t know or don’t care who they’ve put in charge. People are terrified to speak up because anyone who does gets fired. Bonuses that were promised never show up. Things are constantly being twisted or taken back after being said. The atmosphere is awful. Everyone’s on edge, just trying to make it through the day without being targeted. It’s honestly sickening to see what’s happened to this company in such a short amount of time. If you’re thinking about working here, don’t. The leadership is corrupt, the culture is toxic, and good people are leaving fast.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
