      Enjoyed meeting new people and growing a bond with the residents

      Cons

      Horrible staff and supervisors. nurses don't really care much about the residents and supervisors only cared about the paperwork being done rather than the residents getting the care they needed.

      Pros

      Prior to new management, this was a family like environment. I loved my job and my patients. Work/life balance was encouraged.

      Cons

      New manager does not embody the "small town feel" that made this department so unique. It became a place with no heart.
