Difficult to change things, to make an impact.

Nobody sitting over your head or micromanaging, flexible work from home and hours if needed, nice people for the most part

Low pay with very minimal bonuses and raises in any. Food voucher takes out of your work hours. Company really gives the bare minimum and doesn’t want to promote anyone. Low pay.
