Made Redundant, company restructuring 30 % redundant

very little to do, due to documentation missing

Lunch provided, flexible working arrangements. Share scheme is a carrot on a stick.

No salary increase for existing staff. New starters on higher wages. Lack of respect for the engineering team and the actual work which will result in the success of this company. Salaries being wasted on other areas of the business instead of the development of the technology. A top heavy management structure which has removed the core values of the business and isolated workers from raising issues with those at the top. The change from HR to People and Culture seems to have somehow ruined the culture within HiiROC.
