No background checks are done which is a plus for some. This is more like a reality show than a business, the more drama and gossip you have for management the better. As long as you are throwing others under the bus you should be fine. More like an episode of survivor than a professional workplace. Management can be dodgy, repetitive errors are made, lack of compassion for individuals, and rely on gossip rather than facts and statistics. This company is run on feelings not professionalism use it as a steppingstone for a more stable environment. If you are not in management expect your life to be consumed for lack of planning on managements part.
