Pros
I love Highnoon! The people are great and everyone genuinely wants to do good work and have fun while doing it. Even with a lot of change, everyone handles it with grace and kindness. There is a ton of opportunity to grow and move up. There is always room for suggestions and I feel like my voice is heard.
Cons
Growing pains, but those are expected. More process needs to be put in place as we get bigger. There is not a 401K match, but I anticipate that will change soon. I wish there was more diversity in leadership, but I think opportunities will present themselves soon here as well.
