It is hard NOT to be inspired to greatness around so many amazing team members. ⦁ Structure! I have worked for so many companies that are just winging it with no set processes or guidelines. STRESS. Milestone Management has a lot of structure that help increase consistency and efficiency and relieves a lot of that stress other companies face. ⦁ Solid backing, great leadership, large owner. There is a lot of confidence working at Milestone Management because we have amazing leaders who have years and decades of experience and now owned by Starwood Capital, there is a great outlook for the business for years to come. ⦁ Can I say amazing people again? I just love the people I work with. Locally and everyone in the regional offices and corporate offices. Everyone just seems to enjoy their part in the organization and that's very promising.
Cons
Can't really see very many-- the leadership is always looking at customer and employee feedback to see areas for improvement. They listen to new ideas, evaluate them seriously, and find ways to integrate them. So, if you find a negative, suggest a positive solution and it will be honestly evaluated.
